Joseph Speight:

For more than fifteen years, Joseph E. Speight, Jr., has enriched the lives of children, adults, and communities as an education pioneer and leader.  With Tier 1 and high performing results as the backdrop to his school leadership efforts, Mr. Speight has marshaled students and staff members alike towards academic and instructional excellence.  Joseph has served as a Chief Academic Officer, Principal, Assistant Principal and Teacher exemplifying his relentless belief about the benefits of a quality education and producing results for children; especially young men of color.

Joseph has a relentless belief about the benefits of a quality education and producing results for children.  He completed his undergraduate studies and holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia State University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Nyack College, a Master of Science in Educational Administration from Trinity Washington University, and is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Leadership from Georgetown University.
